Arthur "Art" Powell
Art Powell has been involved with Martial Arts since the age
of 11 years old, but due to constant relocation, financial challenges, and lack
of support, he was never able to commit to the way of life full time. Now, Art
is a full-time practioner, competitor, and trainer of that what he so dearly
loves and that is mixed martial arts.
Art
Powell wants to teach youth, young adults, and adults mixed martial
arts to instill discipline to help them cope with their day to day life,
whenever they encounter some type of issue or conflict, so they can make the
right decision and choices to avoid any physical confrontations.
For the past 6 years, Art Powell has trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (currently a Purple Belt) and Muay Thai Chute Boxe under Professor Israel Gomes De Oliveria (4th Degree
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and (Grand Master Muay Thai Chute Boxe)
Art Powell has earned medals from the following tournaments:
